Duo    (2-game match, players are rated within 200 points of each other)

Trio    (3-player event, players are rated within 200 points of each other)

Quad  (4 players within these rating groups: u1400, 1400-1799, 1800-2199, 2200+)

Class  (5 players within these rating classes: u1200, 1200-1499, 1500-1799, 1800-2099, 2100+)

Match (2, 4, or 6-game match, agreed upon by any two members, regardless of ratings)

Seven (7-player Open Round Robin)

Swiss  (16-player 4-round Swiss, pairings as per USCF rules)

Elim    (16 players, 2 games per round. Bracket: 1-16, 8-9, 5-12, 4-13, 6-11, 3-14, 7-10, 2-15. Winners advance to next round. If a tied match, lower rated player advances)
